Life Skills 101

$195.00

Help your dog become a family member with excellent manners! This 6-week class covers impulse control and foundational behaviors like Leave It, Sit, Down, Rocket Recall, and Stay.

When will classes be held?

There are multiple sessions available. See the dropbox below - you will indicate your choice at registration.

Where will classes be held?

Classes will be held in our training center at 2134 Highway 64 in New Richmond.

Who should come?

Dogs who will be 6 months or older on the first day of class. All sizes, all breeds, all temperaments welcome!

If your dog is fearful or aggressive around people or dogs, this does not necessarily exclude them from class! If you are at all concerned, please get in touch and together we’ll determine whether classes or private instruction would be best.

Maximum of 6 dogs per class for lots of individualized attention, so register early.

What should I bring?

  1. Your dog, good and hungry.

  2. Really yummy food, cut up into small pea-sized pieces. Think soft food like hotdogs, cheese, chicken, beef, salami, liver. No hard or dry treats, please.

  3. A bully stick or stuffed Kong for break times.

  4. A regular 6-foot leash and a regular buckle collar or harness. No retractable leashes, choke or prong collars, please.

  5. A 30-foot recall training line. (You may also purchase one from us for $42.)
